Weddings on the Riviera Maya
Whether you are dreaming of an elegant wedding ceremony
amongst the gardens of an oceanfron Villa or favor a simpler affair
on the beach, we can provide the food, personnel and expertise for
your special occasion. Let us tailor a menu and services especially
for your group. We are prepared to provide the Chefs, Waiters, Food,
Food Services, Beverages and Beverage Services. We can recommend appropriate
Villas, and assist with ordering anything you will need. We know the
local rental companies and florists and can provide you with a reasonable
estimate of your costs.
You (client, house or consultant) will provide the location, cake,
tables, chairs, linens, service ware, glasses, flowers and entertainment.
These Menus are appropriate for formal sit-down service, buffet as
well as cocktail-party style (just hors d'oeuvres). We begin with
hot and cold Appetizers then follow with a variety of Fresh Local
Seafood, Salad, Entree, Cheeses and Fresh Fruit. We serve a fresh
Dessert with Rehearsal Dinners and are prepared to serve the Wedding
Cake at the Wedding. We request event confirmation at least a month
prior. Wedding Sit-down Menus are priced from $45 to $75 per guest
plus 20% service charge and 10% Mexican Sales Tax. We request a 50%
deposit for confirmation. Wedding Cocktail Menus are priced from $35
to $55 per guest plus 20% service charge and 10% Mexican Sales Tax.
We request a 50% deposit for confirmation. Rehearsal Dinners are priced
from $55 to $75 per guest plus 15% service charge and 10% Mexican
Sales Tax. Bar Menus are priced $20 first hour and $15 per hour afterwards.
